24-25 Titan Band Volunteer Sign-Up

DETAILS FOR EACH POSITION:
Home game options: Concessions, assisting with uniforms, assisting move props.
Away games: Chaperones (will ride bus - help with waters, first aide, managing behavior, keeping track of students, etc), concession runs.
Parades: Uniform assistance, chaperones, water bearers. Will walk with band during parade and ride bus unless pulling trailers.
Competitions: Assist with meals for band (preparing and/or retrieving), chaperone, assist with props and uniforms for show, transport trailers.
Concerts: Collect donations, usher concert (manage students in audience, help address significant disruptions from general audience).
Trip: Chaperone students, travel with band, transport trailers if needed.
Banquet: Set up, tear down, serve food.

TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. We have not received any competition/MPA/parade times, nor confirmed football game times, so these are just a best estimate based on last year. If any issues arise due to a time change, just let us know! Thank you!

1 "credit" counts as one shift (4 hour equivalent), which is $15 credited back to the student's account up to $75.
